Almost all of our fundraising this year has been canceled, which is a disappointment.
But a successful Christmas Fair this year is still possible
This year it will be virtual.
The plan is to have a catalog with pictures and listings of items and order forms by mid-November to distribute electronically and by mail to those who do not have internet service.
How will it work?
Crafters and bakers will commit to make a set number of items which will be featured in the catalog.
All items sold will need to be dropped off at the church in the days ahead of the virtual fair.
Then orders will be taken up to the deadline (to be determined).
Orders will be filled and available for pick up at the church at a designated date and time.
So, let your imaginations go wild!
Some of the items we are looking for: Homemade cookies, cakes, pies, etc.
Homemade jewelry, crafts, hand-knit items.
We hope to also have a silent auction as well, with bids updated daily.
