On the menu:

A pork loin dinner with homemade applesauce, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. Dinner includes salad, rolls, and dessert. The cost is $20.00 per person for a feast and two fun plays.

The play titles

  • Big Bad and Little Red
  • The Murdered Mystery.

The Murdered Mystery

This play-within-a-play opens with the butler, holding a gun, standing over the body of Steve Walters.  The butler, John, assures us that things are not what they seem and that this is not a simple case of “the butler did it.”  John introduces us to the other suspects:  Steve’s business partner, his ex-fiancée, his current fiancée, and her friend.  But that’s when the play falls apart, for the actors are as jealous, petty, and conceited as the characters they play.

 Big Bad and Little Red

This is a courtroom “comedy/drama” where the Big Bad Wolf is on trial facing numerous counts, and from the Two little pigs to the woodsman and Granny Girzelda, something is afoul and maybe, just maybe, the Big Bad Wolf is not as bad as people may think and Little Red Riding Hood isn’t so innocent…..
